What is an AI agent, in practice?
An assistant that handles a task from start to finish for you. For example, it reads a request that came in by email, checks the details in your tools, drafts the reply or the quote, then shows it to you. It follows the rules you give it.
How is it different from ChatGPT or a chatbot?
ChatGPT answers when you ask it something. A chatbot answers visitors on your website. An agent takes action: it is connected to your email, calendar or software, and it sees the task through, within the limits you set.
What tasks can an agent do in an SME?
Sorting email and answering simple questions, drafting quotes, chasing invoices, managing appointments, monitoring the market, preparing prospecting. In general, any task that comes back often and follows clear rules.
How much does a custom AI agent cost?
It depends on the tools to connect and the amount of work. The quote is free and comes after a first conversation, once the task is clear.
Is my data protected (GDPR)? Who sees my email?
The agent only gets the access it needs for its task. Your data stays in your tools as much as possible, and we explain in writing where it goes, using services chosen with the GDPR in mind.
Can the agent make mistakes? What happens then?
Yes, just like a person. That is why you approve what goes out in your name, and every action the agent takes is recorded in a log you can read. When a mistake happens, we fix the rule so it does not happen again.
Which tools does it work with?
