How it works

Three moments, nothing left to do by hand.

01

The customer books online

She picks a free day and time. The appointment is confirmed at once, by e-mail.

02

Gladys logs the garment

Three steps. The number, the ticket and the e-mail receipt happen on their own.

03

One “It’s ready” button

The customer is told by e-mail and tracks her garment online with its number.

In pictures

The automations

What runs on its own.

  • One agenda: a slot taken on the website or by phone disappears for everyone
  • Automatic e-mails: confirmation, change, cancellation, receipt, garment ready
  • A personal link to move or cancel, with no account and no password
  • Garments numbered without duplicates (A0001, A0002…) and found in two seconds
  • Website bookings show up live in the workshop
  • 30-day bin, one-click undo, history kept automatically

What the project shows

A complete business tool, for someone who dislikes computers.

  • A simple interface: four sections and one big “Drop off a garment” button
  • A WordPress website and a workshop app on the same database
  • E-mails sent exactly once, even after an outage
  • No customer data readable from the website
  • An app in French and Spanish
