What the app does
Weight loss, muscle gain or balance: the same product does not get the same score for everyone.
The application recognises the food on your plate, estimates portions and fills in the journal.
Scan products on the shelf: the best choice stands out, the weaker ones are flagged.
A personalised counter for rest and training days, hydration, saved meals, a weight curve towards your goal, weekly and monthly summaries.
