At a glance: without your consent, this website sets no cookies and measures nothing. If you accept visit statistics, we measure how the site is used with PostHog, hosted in the European Union. When you submit the contact form, your enquiry reaches us by email. It is not stored on the website.

What this site does not do

No advertising pixel, no sale of data. Without your consent: no cookies, no trackers, no audience measurement. Fonts and scripts are served by the site itself: nothing is loaded from another site.

Visit statistics (with your consent)

What: if you click “Accept”, we count page views, the service pages you visit, clicks on “Request a quote” and contact form submissions (the service chosen, never the content of your message). We also record browsing replays: they show movements on the page, but all text and everything you type is masked. Your IP address is not kept.

Who: the PostHog tool (PostHog Inc.), which processes this data on our behalf and hosts it in the European Union (Frankfurt). It sets a cookie and local storage data to recognise your browser from one visit to the next. Legal basis: your consent.

How long: statistics are kept for up to 1 year and replays for 1 month. Your choice is kept in your browser for 6 months, after which we ask again.

How to refuse: click “Decline” in the banner. You can change your mind at any time with “Manage cookies” at the bottom of every page: if you withdraw your consent, measurement stops and PostHog’s cookies are deleted from your browser.

Technical data

Like any website, bilic.be is served by a hosting provider, which processes the IP address and technical connection data needed to deliver pages and protect the site against abuse. We do not use them to track you.

When you write to us

If you submit the contact form or email contact@bilic.be, we use the information you provide (name, email, company and phone number if supplied, service required and message) only to reply and, where relevant, prepare a proposal. The form sends it to us by email through our hosting provider without storing it on the website. We keep it for the duration of our correspondence and any resulting relationship. We do not sell or pass it on to anyone.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, their correction or deletion, or object to their processing, by writing to contact@bilic.be.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority: www.autoriteprotectiondonnees.be.
